What's In A Name? : Luukas Kristoffer Jyri Päivänsäde
Otherwise Known As? : Luukas Kristoffer
Home Is Where? : Born and raised in vantaa, finland ( part of the Helsinki metropolitan area)
But Now? : He calls West Chester, Pennsylvania home.
Come Away With Me? : His father, Jyri, still lives in Vantaa, Finland. His mother Rosaleigh, resides in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA.
All In The Family? : His mother and father were divorced when Luukas was 15, his mother moved to the United States from Vantaa. His father has since remarried to a lovely woman named Claira, whom Luukas adores. He's not very fond of his mother but he still tries to visit her since she's the only mother he has. He has no siblings. He has a cousin that he's close to though named Kris.
Age Is A Number? : Twenty Years Old.
When Time Stands Still? : May 21st. He's a gemini.

Style : Luukas is a very androgynous individual. Meaning? That he has feminine and male traits, but that doesn't mean he's gay or bi-sexual. He dresses a lot differently than most men, tight pants, scarves, he isn't afraid to wear pink of any shade (in fact he likes pink), and his hair varies from shorter to long and styled.
Random Physical Traits : He has his tongue pierced and his ears, but that's it. He also only has a couple of tattoos, nothing over the top. He's a very simple person physically, with pale, fair skin.
The Side Show
→ Goes by 'luukas kristoffer' to make it easier for people who aren't familiar with finnish names.
→ Spoke finnish up until he was 15 years old, strictly. He started learning english when he began visiting his mother in her new home of Atlantic City. To this day he still prefers finnish over english but speaks more of it now. He still has a very deep finnish accent however.
→ Has been known to wear a princess crown. Why? Because he's prettier than most girls and can pull it off.
→ Is a relatively quiet person but opens up around the right people.
→ Is very musical.
→ His favorite bands are Aerosmith, The Rasmus and Primal Scream. But he listens to a wide variety of music.
→ Is allergic to chocolate, oranges, shell fish, and peanuts.
→ Loves old cartoons like the muppets and the smurfs
→ Enjoys having a style all his own. While most would classify it incredibly 'feminine', he classifies it as 'simply Luukas'
→ His first solo experience in the United States was going to Camp Crystal Lake in New Jersey while visiting his mother one summer.
→ He actually went to Camp Crystal Lake to avoid spending a meaningless summer with his mother, who'd rather gamble in atlantic city anyway. So he went to interact with other people, his age, from around the area to try to improve his outlook on the country as a whole. It was where he met his now girlfriend, Dakota Switt, and close friend Brett Vail.
→ Ended up ultimately moving from Finland to live in North America with Brett and Dakota. He spent most of his year in Montreal Quebec after camp, then spent time in Vantaa to make arrangements to move to the United States. It's how he ended up in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
→ Currently works at Fairman's Skate Shop.
→ Shares an apartment with his girlfriend Dakota.
→ As of November 15th, 2009 his contract with Seven Shot Records finalized. He's been in the process of recording his debut album, which will hit stores January 4th entitled In My Heaven. He was nominated for a 2009 MTV Video Music Award this past year for his song "Moment Of Our Love", which was directed by friend Brett Vail. He has also offered his songwriting skills to assist friend Tyler Reckson on his own debut album project, also through Seven Shot Records.
→ His album "In My Heaven" has had success in the United States, but has blown up in his home country of Finland as well as over in Europe. Which explains why his first tour, was a European Tour featuring friends, Tyler Reckson & Rian Sullivan.
